4. Quotes, Pricing & Payment

Payment will be made on‑site or by agreed electronic bank transfer only once materials are weighed and accepted. The Scrap Man reserves the right to reject or adjust any quote if scrap fails to meet agreed specifications.

5. Collection & Access Requirements

If you request collection, you must ensure safe and lawful access for our collection team and that any scrap is ready for loading. You must remove any personal items or non-metal contaminants from the scrap. If access is unsafe or if materials present a hazard (e.g. asbestos, chemicals, fluids, contaminated waste), The Scrap Man may refuse collection. You remain responsible for any damage or unsafe conditions until collection is completed.
